Lexington, MA | Full-Time | $20 to $24/hour
Build Skills. Support The Team. Grow With Us.At Gold Beech Construction, every role matters. We're looking for motivated Construction Laborers who want to be part of a team that builds with purpose. You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople on high-end residential remodels, additions, and new builds across Greater Boston and Metro West.
What You'll Do- Assist carpenters, painters, and site supervisors on job sites.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Setup staging and prepare worksites for other trades.
- Perform demolition, site cleanup, and prep work.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
- Physically able to lift more than 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Greater Boston/Metro West.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Competitive pay: $20 to $24/hour.
