Are you an aspiring carpenter with at least one year of hands-on experience, ready to learn from the best and grow your skills on stunning home renovation projects? Feinmann, Inc.an award-winning design-build remodeling firm based in Lexington, is looking for a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our crew.
You’ll support kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home remodels while learning from industry leaders. This is a chance to work on high-end homes, build your technical and leadership skills, and be part of a team that values excellence, mentorship, and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do- Assist in framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation work
- Support Lead and Skilled Carpenters across all project phases
- Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites
- Learn to interpret blueprints and specs for residential projects
- Use hand and power tools under supervision with growing autonomy
- Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Minimum 1 year of residential carpentry or construction experience
- Basic tool knowledge and eagerness to grow your technical skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and contribute to a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers
