Landscape Supply / Yard Associate (Forklift Operator)
Location: Lexington, MA
Pay: $26–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Supply / Yard Associate to join a busy yard operation in Lexington, MA. This role requires hands‑on experience with landscape materials, forklift operation, and a solid understanding of hardscape products such as stone, pavers, and related materials
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Assist customers and contractors with selecting and loading landscape and hardscape materials
- Handle and organize materials including stone, pavers, gravel, mulch, and other supplies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard environment
- Perform general yard duties such as stocking, inventory support, and site upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Previous experience working in a landscape supply yard or similar environment
- Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)
- Knowledge of hardscape materials (stone, pavers, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the day
