Job Description

Join the all-star team for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to commercialize the groundbreaking research of Dr. Andrew Lo. We are actively looking for ambitious candidates to join the team. If you are creative, self-motivated, collaborative and fun, this is your calling to help shape the future of finance.

Add modules to the web-based interactive tools on You will work on state-of-the-art technology and have the opportunity to influence the technology roadmap. Currently, we are using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) deployed on AWS.

Work closely with the product manager, who is the co-founder and CEO, to understand business requirements and influence product design and roadmap.

Collaborate with in-house engineers and manage an offshore engineering team.

Primary focus on the web product initially, with an opportunity to build a mobile app in the future.

Qualifications

Experience writing well‑designed, testable and scalable code and improving code quality and development processes.
Full‑stack web development experience (UI/Server/DB); mobile app development is a plus.
Experience with frameworks such as AngularJS, PHP Code Igniter and object‑oriented design.
Familiarity with version control using Git Lab and working collaboratively in source control.
Familiarity with AWS is a plus but not required.
