Inventory Specialist

Overview

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technologies. The Imaging team develops state‑of‑the‑art imaging systems using computer vision, perception, electro‑optical, infrared, and sensor data.

We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to manage warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow. Responsibilities include overseeing receipt, shipping, documentation, cycle counts, and collaboration with production and purchasing teams.

• Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Support the shipping and receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure inventory stock levels and locations match the ERP system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and optimize physical space.
• Execute cycle counting procedures between physical inventory and the ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, identify, and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with Purchasing and Production on inventory counts and locations.
• Improve processes to mitigate root causes of discrepancies.
• Supply the production floor with needed materials (daily kitting) per the monthly plan.
• Lift, carry, handle, and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted.

• High school diploma or vocational school diploma.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in material management, manufacturing operations, or related field.
• Self‑motivated with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.

$28.37 – $38.46 USD per hour (estimate based on various factors; actual offer may vary).
