This position will cover clinic days on Tuesday and Thursday in Pain Management.

Job Summary and Qualifications

* Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation

* Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing

* Policy and procedure development

* Participation in program evaluation activities

What qualifications you will need:

* (FNP-BC) Family Nurse Practitioner Certification

* Masters Degree

* Active DEA and BNDD registration preferred or able to obtain
