Interim Business Office Director

A Nebraska health center is seeking their next Interim Business Office Director!

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Interim Business Office Director will serve as a key member of the finance team and will oversee day-to-day financial operations including billing and claims.
• The Interim Director will focus on current objectives including claim reviews, HIM, revenue integrity, and benchmarks/KIPs.
• Seeking an experienced business office and/or revenue cycle leader who will bring strong billing/AR experience, preferably within an acute care setting.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex care management operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• CAH experience is required.

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
