Work Schedule: Full-time; multiple shifts available
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Job Description
Our client is seeking an Aluminum Welder to join their production team. This role is responsible for welding aluminum parts and components with precision while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has experience with TIG and MIG welding and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate methods for each project
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
- Troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving production challenges
- Proven experience as an aluminum welder or similar role
- Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Welding certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
