What You'll Do:
  • Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
  • Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment and proper installation techniques.
  • Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide professional recommendations.
  • Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize service calls and shop tasks to meet customer expectations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
  • Respond promptly to on-call service requests for tire repair, replacement, and installation services
What You Bring:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-call responsibilities.
  • Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Effective problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Dependable and reliable performance.
  • Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and skill development.
