L044 Lexington – Lexington, NC 27292. Part‑Time:
Starting at $11 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180days, 1year and every 6months thereafter, based on anniversary date.

Shift

Schedule:

• Mon–Thu: 8:00am–12:00pm, 12:00pm–4:00pm or 5:00pm–11:15pm
• Fri: 10:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–9:15pm
• Sat–Sun: 6:45am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–7:15pm

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests to ensure an exceptional Judgement‑Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information scripts.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Customer service experience.
• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
