Job Title

Perform day-to-day electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. Support automation systems including PLC troubleshooting and programming. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize performance and aggressively pursue process improvements. Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance using CMMS or related systems. Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Potentially work rotating schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Prior experience in steel mill electrical maintenance. Demonstrated understanding of power systems and automation technologies. PLC troubleshooting and programming expertise. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics. Proven track record in process improvement and collaboration with operations. Additional certifications or degrees in Electrical or related fields.

4 years of experience in industrial (or comparable) electrical maintenance, OR Equivalent education/military training (Electrical). Must have at least a 2-year electrical or related technical degree OR military training in Electrical. PLC troubleshooting and programming expertise.

Relocation assistance is subject to discussion. All hires are subject to passing required background checks and drug testing. Projected Annual Compensation: $97901 to $124992 (not including benefits), plus potential for profit sharing.

Shifts:

4 on /4 off, 12-hour rotating schedule (days/nights).
