Confidential Logistics Manager

Logistics & Warehouse Manager | $65K–$70K + Excellent Benefits | Manufacturing

I'm partnering with a growing international manufacturer to identify a Logistics & Warehouse Manager for a newly created leadership role designed to elevate logistics operations, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving operational challenges, and building structure within a manufacturing environment. You'll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations while partnering closely with production and cross‑functional teams.

• $65,000–$70,000 base salary

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations

• Manage 2–3 direct reports in a working manager capacity

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen operational processes

• Monitor inventory accuracy and material flow across the facility

• Support domestic and international logistics, including imports and exports

• Utilize ERP systems to improve reporting, inventory visibility, and operational effectiveness

• Partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership

• Manufacturing experience required

• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management

• ERP experience required; SAP experience is a strong plus

• Self‑starter who can adapt to changing priorities and learn independently

• Leadership experience with a hands‑on, collaborative management style

• No degree required

• 100% onsite

• First shift schedule with flexible start times

• Minimal travel, with potential opportunities to visit global headquarters

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
