Floor Tech

• Pay: $16.70 per hour

• Location / Work Type: Medical Drive, Lexington, NC 27292 (On-site)
• Schedule: Part-Time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (No weekends!)

  Qualifications:
  
  High school diploma/GED preferred; background check and drug screen required; prior floor care experience (buffing, stripping, waxing) a must!

As a Floor Tech (
Floor Care Technician /
Floor Specialist
), you will ensure our client's facility maintains top-notch cleanliness and appearance.

• Operate floor care equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
• Perform routine floor maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and burnishing floors.
• Support overall facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
• Maintain equipment in clean, safe working condition.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating floor care equipment preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during evening hours.
• Reliable transportation to Medical Drive in Lexington, NC.
