ATS Wirer

What will you do?

• Under general supervision, perform a variety of complex wiring per wire run lists found on wiring diagrams.
• Apply wire harnesses to product.
• Remove and add accessory wiring per the wiring diagram and wire run list.
• Communicate problems with the wiring diagram, outline drawing and/or product with supervision and Engineering.
• Inspect work by lamping out wires added.
• Assure quality of connections and document all work produced.
• Ensure all tools being used are properly calibrated.
• Follow standard procedures for wiring.
• Participate in monthly quality feedback meetings.

• Willing and able to work in accordance with Lean methods and practices.
• Willing to participate in continual training and willing to assist in the training of other employees.
• High School Graduate or equivalent related experience.
• Understand proper crimping and stripping methods.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, wire run lists, bills of material and shop orders.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
