Paint Load-Unloader

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties associated with the hanging of unpainted parts or the removal of painted parts on the paint line.
• Prepare unpainted parts by taping or plugging holes.
• Hook and load unpainted parts onto the paint line conveyor.
• Remove painted parts from the paint line conveyor.
• Perform QC inspections on all painted parts.
• Identify, tape, and plug unpainted parts.
• Hook and load parts onto the paint conveyor.
• Perform data entry functions as required.

• Willing and able to learn new skills and use them to help others.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, displaying flexibility to support manufacturing production needs and the customer.
• Able to handle at least 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Serve as trainer to other loaders/unloaders.
• Work as a team player within the work cell and advise supervisor of any problems with quality or safety.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
