Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties associated with the hanging of unpainted parts or the removal of painted parts on the paint line.
- Prepare unpainted parts by taping or plugging holes.
- Hook and load unpainted parts onto the paint line conveyor.
- Remove painted parts from the paint line conveyor.
- Perform QC inspections on all painted parts.
- Identify, tape, and plug unpainted parts.
- Hook and load parts onto the paint conveyor.
- Perform data entry functions as required.
- Willing and able to learn new skills and use them to help others.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, displaying flexibility to support manufacturing production needs and the customer.
- Able to handle at least 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Serve as trainer to other loaders/unloaders.
- Work as a team player within the work cell and advise supervisor of any problems with quality or safety.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
