What will you do?
- Under general supervision, perform a quite complex wiring per wire run lists found on wiring diagrams.
- Apply wire harnesses to product
- Remove and add accessory wiring per the wiring diagram and wire run list.
- Communicate problems with the wiring diagram, outline drawing and/or product with supervision and Engineering
- Inspect work by lamping out wires added
- Assure quality of connections and document all work produced
- Ensure all tools being used are properly calibrated
- Follow standard procedures for wiring
- Participate in monthly quality feedback meetings.
- Willing and able to work in accordance with Lean methods and practices
- Willing to participate in continual training and willing to assist in the training of other employees
- High School Graduate or equivalent related experience
- Understand proper crimping and stripping methods
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, wire run lists, bills of material and shop orders
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
