Manufacturing Associate
Meyer Laboratory is a rapidly growing nationwide chemical manufacturer. We are looking for a motivated individual with prior manufacturing experience to join our team. This is a full-time role based out of our Lexington, NC facility.
Compensation- Highly competitive salary

Day Shift – Monday through Friday, overtime as needed
Responsibilities- Assist with production and chemical blending
- Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes
- Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality
- Working with other team members to complete the production process
- Supporting warehouse functions such as stocking, counting inventory and picking orders
- Routine maintenance and clean‑up
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency of Meyer Laboratory
- Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to self‑motivate and work independently
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative
- Detail‑oriented
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
- Excellent attendance record and timeliness, required
- Prior forklift experience or certifications a plus
- Must be flexible with day‑to‑day job duties
- Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary
- Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear
