General Machine Operator- 3rd Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Sets up and operates production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
• Maintains continuous evaluation of outputs to ensure quality products.
• Works from detailed instructions and prints.
• Exercises good housekeeping in the work area.
• Observes good safety practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader.

• 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (35‑hour work week, paid for 40hours, 5% shift premium)
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 10:30pm (5% shift premium)
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am (10% shift premium)

• Skilled Labor starting rate $24.92 plus sign‑on bonus.
• Production starting rate $21.20, increased every 3months with a top‑out in 12.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years experience or completion of apprenticeship/formal training in the field.
• Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures in metal forming and machine operation.
• Ability to read, write, and understand shop math and shop drawings.
• Capable of reading drawings, prints, scales, and measuring instruments for setups.
• Works under immediate supervision, following pre‑established guidelines.
