Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.
Responsibilities- Sets up and operates production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
- Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
- Maintains continuous evaluation of outputs to ensure quality products.
- Works from detailed instructions and prints.
- Exercises good housekeeping in the work area.
- Observes good safety practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader.
- 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (35‑hour work week, paid for 40hours, 5% shift premium)
- 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 10:30pm (5% shift premium)
- 3rd shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am (10% shift premium)
- Skilled Labor starting rate $24.92 plus sign‑on bonus.
- Production starting rate $21.20, increased every 3months with a top‑out in 12.
- 9% 401(k) contribution.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0–2 years experience or completion of apprenticeship/formal training in the field.
- Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures in metal forming and machine operation.
- Ability to read, write, and understand shop math and shop drawings.
- Capable of reading drawings, prints, scales, and measuring instruments for setups.
- Works under immediate supervision, following pre‑established guidelines.
