Elwood Staffing is hiring dependable Manufacturing Associates for a confidential Triad-area manufacturing company. This hands-on role includes packaging, labeling, boxing, palletizing, and other production duties while helping maintain a clean, organized work area. Manufacturing Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Perform labeling, packaging, capping, lidding, boxing, and palletizing.
- Operate a label-printing machine.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow facility maintenance and housekeeping procedures.
- Assist with general manufacturing duties as needed.
Manufacturing Associate
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Manufacturing experience is required
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to perform a variety of day-to-day manufacturing duties.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing production needs.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
