Starting Pay: $21/hour
EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Lamination Press Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll operate advanced machinery to press decorative paper onto particle boards, creating Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) boards. You will also conduct quality checks and collaborate with your team to keep our production processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule: 12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.

Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor advanced lamination press machinery.
- Utilize the HMI panel to adjust manufacturing settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
- Ensure adherence to production specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
- Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to learn and understand a comprehensive training program.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Schedule:
12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.
- Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12 hours.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
- Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
- Experience in clear communication.
- Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
- Experience with tools and machinery.
- Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.
- Valid Driver's License.
