We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Lexington, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with long-term care (LTC) experience who are committed to providing high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN). This role involves supporting patients with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities to ensure patient comfort and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation as required
- Support a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required:
No
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing (state-approved program)
- At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred (within the last 3 years)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (as applicable)
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Ability to perform clerical and documentation tasks
- Current TB screening and health clearance (as required)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
