Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Unit A

  • Schedule Details/Additional Information: Day Shift – Three, 12‑hr shifts (7a‑7p) every third weekend required
  • Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
Where You’ll Work

Unit A is a 45‑bed Medical‑Surgical and Telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Our team fosters a collaborative, supportive culture grounded in patient safety, evidence‑based practice, and compassionate care. The unit offers advanced telemetry capabilities and a commitment to professional growth and teamwork.

We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
  • Active, unrestricted RN license (multi‑state compact and/or state‑specific as applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver safe, patient‑centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based practice—monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care to support optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

  • Base compensation listed within the pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
