Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Unit A Lexington, NCA sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the organization for another role within the past 24 months.

Unit A is a 45-bed Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

We’re Looking For- Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
- Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care to support optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
