Join our production team as a Manual Cell Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands‑on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What will you do?- Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety
- Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track
- Automation Integration — foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell
- Customer Orientation — developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations
- Digital Literacy — developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data
- Drives for Results — developing level; meeting daily production goals with consistency and focus
- Lean Methodology — foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow
- Problem Solving — developing level; identifying issues and escalating them effectively to minimize downtime
- Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $17.95 - $26.95 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.
