County of Davidson seeks an experienced QA/QC Specialist for 9-1-1 operations. You will monitor 9-1-1 communications, coordinate accreditation and quality initiatives, and collaborate with the Telecommunications Training Officer to ensure protocol compliance and excellent customer service.
The role requires strong knowledge of EFD/EMD/EPD, IAED AQUA software, and the ability to work under pressure, with standards aligned to NENA and APCO guidelines. A supervisory/CTO background is a plus.
