Game Stop - 220 Lowes Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.;
Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices, including scam awareness, safety practices, and bank deposits as required.;
Conduct store inventory counts, restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the selling floor.;
Assist store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete administrative and operational duties.
