CAPITAL of Lexington is growing, and we are looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Automotive Sales team! Whether you are an experienced sales professional or looking to break into a new career, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

Never sold a car before? That’s perfectly okay! Retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, call center, or any commission-based experience translates well in this role. We have a strong, hands-on training program that teaches you the process step-by-step. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, receive real coaching (not just videos to watch), and get support while you build confidence and skills.

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
