Business Development Representative

Due to a high volume of customer inquiries at M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we have immediate openings for business development representatives. We are looking for motivated and goal driven candidates who can make an immediate impact in our busy BDC center. We have a fun, fast paced environment and are looking for professionals that are up for the challenge. We strive to be the best and are looking for someone with the same mind set.

- Job Description:

The BDR Sales representative will respond in a professional manner to incoming phone calls generated from internet and traditional advertising. Will secure and set sales appointments. Execute pro-active marketing campaigns from the company database. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment! Superior communication and customer service skills are required.

BDR Sales

- Job Responsibilities:

• Directs customers to product information resources
• Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally
• Sets appointments for Sales Team
• Will be responsible for inbound phone calls and high volume of e-mail correspondence, checking e-mail frequently and responding to inquiries

- Requirements:

• Dealership Experience preferred
• Telephone or retail sales is required
• Must be Self-motivated and energetic
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• High energy
• Needs great phone voice
• Professional personal appearance
• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Excellent communication skills
