1st Shift M - F 7:00 am – 3:00 pm with possible overtime

• Diagnose and repair complex electro‑mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments
• Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition
• Apply advanced understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current and resistance
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc.
• Apply knowledge of electrical safety, motor control circuits and programmable drives
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs and outputs and repair issues
• Complete projects to add electrical circuits and controls, integrate new equipment and relocate machines
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems, including cylinder repairs
• Execute simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance tasks following instructions
• Enter all completed work in the computer‑based maintenance program
• Monitor and report spare parts usage and complete parts order forms

• Adjust equipment based on Statistical Process Control data in collaboration with QA
• Train Level I and II technicians in more complex tasks and skills
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of and experience with Lock‑Out, Tag‑Out procedures
• Strict adherence to safety policies and commitment to quality
• Availability for regular standby assignments, off‑hours work and emergency overtime
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Willingness to attend training sessions, including out‑of‑state locations
• Intermediate fabrication knowledge (e.g., welding, basic machining)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics and computer graphics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with employees, vendors, contractors and suppliers
