The role of the Warehouse Counterperson includes but is not limited to:

• Providing good customer service
• Safely putting up and retrieving stock from the shelves
• Keeping the warehouse neat and clean
• Conducting inventory tasks, e.g., cycle counts
• Assisting other teammates

Must be able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Previous experience operating powered industrial vehicles (e.g., forklifts, order pickers, etc.)
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Prior warehouse experience
