Commissary Operations Team Member

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a correctional environment. Our positions are essential in a non‑retail, non‑public setting. The company provides PPE to all employees.

Monday – Friday

Hours:

6:00 am – 2:30 pm or until done

This position is located within a correctional facility and involves working around inmates. It is a full‑time role with benefits from day one. The primary responsibility is to assist in commissary operations and services at the assigned location, pulling and delivering orders to inmates in a timely manner.

• Work on your feet throughout the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle inventory (experience a plus).
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as determined by business needs.
• Experience with retail and grocery is a plus.

Competitive pay with regular raises based on performance and experience. Weekly pay, every Thursday.

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Self‑starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office) preferred.
