• Partner with the SEFA accounting team with billing, payroll and vendor payables.
• Perform and assist with the processing and auditing of daily billing.
• Perform and assist with the timely processing of load payroll entries for company drivers.
• Assist with the review and processing of invoices from outside carriers.
• Partner with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support efficient workflows.
• Maintain transportation records and assist with reporting, audits, and administrative activities.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process payroll and invoice data.
• Demonstrated administrative and data entry skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn company systems and processes.

• Office-based position supporting transportation and logistics functions.
• Frequent interaction with operations personnel, accounting teams, and external hauling vendors.
• Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy, organization, and effective time management.
• Regular use of computers, business software, and transportation-related systems.

• Competitive base salary, $22.54 to $27.80 per hour

Minimum Pay Rate: 46,890.00

Maximum Pay Rate: 57,830.00
