We’re hiring a high‑capacity Executive Operations Coordinator to work directly with the CEO. This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. You will protect executive time, enforce follow‑through, and increase organizational execution across branches and departments. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, discreet, and comfortable managing shifting priorities without drama.

- Experience supporting C‑suite or founder‑led companies

- Strong organizational and planning abilities tied to quarterly priorities
- Confidence in coaching or guiding leaders when needed
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and boundaries in a team environment
- Proven success driving operational efficiency and organizational follow‑through
- Own executive time and agenda control: manage the CEO calendar across leadership, builders, vendors, brokers, and advisors; prepare structured agendas and pre‑reads.
- Drive delegation and accountability: maintain centralized task tracking tied to EOS Rocks and quarterly priorities; ensure delegated items move to completion.
- Provide operational support: assist with acquisition outreach and coordination; manage broker, lender, and legal follow‑ups; prepare concise margin and performance summaries.
- Control executive communication: triage the CEO inbox, draft executive‑level messages, and centralize text/email/call summaries into organized action lists.
- Enforce process discipline: document recurring workflows, refine meeting cadences, and help implement systems that reduce noise and increase clarity.
- Coordinate travel, events, and industry engagements while protecting the CEO’s focus for high‑value work.
