Job Responsibilities
Coordinating with the Project Director to prioritize and complete tasks associated with ongoing project management objectives.
Handle confidential and non-routine information without compromise.
Maintain training spreadsheets, inventory control documents, database and required forms.
Collect all training data and input into the required training management systems.
Organize and prioritize data collection workload to ensure current project data is available.
Document scheduling and assist with organizing training activities.
Answer and route phone calls in a courteous manner to appropriate departmental personnel.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsA high school diploma and relevant work experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
