We’re seeking a Product Manager to support the strategic growth of our product portfolio. This role is key to advancing product strategy, gathering market intelligence, and driving successful development and commercialization of new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of the strategic product roadmap for Bit Sockets and Universal Joints.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, pricing research, and market data gathering to inform decision‑making.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to define requirements, specifications, and launch plans.
  • Assist with business and data analysis to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop tailored programs for key customers.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador—supporting product packaging, presentations, trade shows, and training.
  • Maintain accurate product portfolio information for catalogs, websites, and BOM changes.
  • Manage product specification updates, deviations, and Critical‑to‑Quality attributes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; 2–3 years of relevant experience may be considered instead.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience in a product or channel role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles (Product, Packaging, Price, Positioning, Promotion).
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
  • Advanced communication skills—written, verbal, and digital (Microsoft Suite, SAP, Tableau).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
