Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 Depending on Experience

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing plumbing projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and to ensure that all work is performed on schedule and to the highest standards.

The Experience We’d Love To See:

• Prior experience in plumbing, construction or mechanical systems is essential
• Understanding schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation is crucial
• Experience managing teams and coordinating contractors is a plus
• Coordinating between plumbers, builders, and contractors utilizing strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and resolve project challenges efficiently
• Skilled in computer operations, including typing, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Ring Central, and Smartsheet
• Exceptional ability to juggle multiple plumbing projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and system efficiency
• Availability for on-call schedule is essential to provide timely responses to plumbing emergencies as they arise

The Project Coordinator is a key player in ensuring the seamless execution of plumbing projects, managing everything from initial planning to final completion. They are responsible for coordinating teams, tracking progress, and maintaining project efficiency, ensuring that plumbing installations and repairs meet high-quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Two years’ applicable experience preferred.
• Strong PC & internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for customer service.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently & problem solve.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information.
