The Sr. Superintendent provides hands‑on field leadership for framing operations on one or more active job sites, translating project plans into safe, efficient, and high-quality daily execution. This position directly supervises Superintendents, foremen, and field crews, ensuring production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards are met. The Sr. Superintendent works closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors, and is accountable for jobsite productivity, safety, quality control, and the development of field talent.

• Provide direct, on-site leadership and daily supervision of Superintendents, foremen, and framing crews across one or more active job sites.
• Assess/review current team talent and potential new hires on a regular scheduled cadence with the leadership mindset of always looking for A+ and A potential talent on the team to help us win.
• Plan, sequence, and direct daily framing activities to meet production schedules and project milestones.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.

• Enforce strict compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies on every job site.
• Conduct regular safety walks, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections to identify and correct hazards.
• Investigate and document any safety incidents and lead implementation of corrective actions.

• Monitor daily and weekly production against the project schedule, adjusting manpower and sequencing as needed to stay on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and crew logistics to avoid delays.
• Communicate progress, delays, and field conditions to the Senior Manager and Project Manager in a timely manner.

• Perform regular quality control inspections to ensure framing work meets code, engineering, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and jobsite documentation within systems like Procore.
• Support timely resolution of RFIs, punch list items, and field discrepancies.

• Monitor and update field operating procedures as needed and ensure field staff compliance with current standards and processes.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents and project teams reinforcing clear expectations for performance and accountability.
• Coordinate daily with Superintendents and project teams to ensure subcontractors and vendors are aligned on scope, sequencing, and quality expectations.
• Conduct regular job site visits and daily coordination meetings.

• Education & Certification – Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Science, Engineering Technology, Management or related education and/or experience. OSHA 30 completion card
• Recommended Work Experience – 10+ years relevant experience in construction; including field and supervisory experience
• Physical Demands – Prolonged standing, sitting, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching (with arms and hands), handling, talking, hearing, depth perception, lifting, vision (close, peripheral, depth, ability to adjust focus), and lifting / moving up to 35+ pounds.
• Working Conditions – Considerable local and non-local travel may be required. Work with a group and/or team. Frequent conflict situations may be present. Work after normal business hours. Potential hazardous work. Frequent exposure to extreme outside weather conditions and high levels of noise.
