Experience supporting students with behavioral needs is especially valued.

• Current South Carolina Special Education License
• Ability to work effectively with students at all grade levels
• Background or interest in behavior management strategies preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address student needs
• Collaborate with educational teams to provide tailored instruction and modifications
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as required
• Support students with academic, functional, and behavioral goals
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff
