Lexington County School District One partners with Kelly Education for substitute teachers and substitute paraprofessionals positions.

Substitute Teacher Rates of Pay:- High School Diploma: $95 per day
- Four-Year Degree: $100 per day
- Certified Teacher: $110 per day
- $10.62/hour for instructional assistants, custodial, or food services
- Must have proof of education (minimal requirement is HS diploma/GED)
- Must complete TB Skin Test (negative result)
- Must complete Training and Orientation
- Must be at least 21 years of age*
- Free online classroom management training to help you become a capable, confident classroom leader
- Ongoing professional development to keep your skills sharp
- Paid orientation on district policies and procedures so you understand the culture and requirements of the school district
- Weekly pay
