Structural CAD​/BIM Technician

Full‑time position available for Structural CAD/BIM Technician in our Sacramento (CA) or Lexington (SC) office locations.

• Produce structural BIM models and structural construction drawings for any size project, coordinating with multi-disciplinary in‑house team members and sub‑consultants.

• Associate degree or higher in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution and at least 2 years of relevant experience; or, if no degree, at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Drawing structural systems for building projects using Revit software.
• Setting up engineering drawing sets in Revit software.
• Applying design standards to engineering drawings.
• Drawing, laying out, sizing, coordinating and detailing structural systems.
• Attending project team meetings.
• Experience or familiarity with generative AI‑driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors.

Salary Range: $30/HR and above. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skill set, or location.
