What You’ll Be DoingSupport full-cycle recruiting activities to help identify and select qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and scheduling requirements.
Source and screen applicants using digital platforms and outreach strategies.
Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a positive experience.
Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate data within applicant systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring teams effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and organization.
Comfort using recruiting systems, digital tools, and structured processes.
Commitment to delivering an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Competitive base salary, $68,550 to $91,409.99,
