** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Support full-cycle recruiting activities to help identify and select qualified candidates.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and scheduling requirements.
* Source and screen applicants using digital platforms and outreach strategies.
* Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a positive experience.
* Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate data within applicant systems.
