Divine Global Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team in Lexington, SC. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by identifying issues before they reach end users. • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases and test plans
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
• 2+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• 2+ years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality metrics
• 3+ years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail)
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple database queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
