• Oversee daily fleet operations and equipment logistics
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance and repairs
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance, inspections, and registrations
• Manage fuel usage, telematics systems, and fleet records
• Coordinate equipment purchases, rentals, and disposals
• Supervise mechanics, drivers, and equipment staff
• Control fleet budgets and vendor relationships

• Experience with construction or heavy-equipment fleets
• Strong knowledge of diesel, hydraulics, and equipment systems
• Familiarity with DOT/OSHA regulations
• Proficiency with fleet management software
• CDL preferred but not required

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of the company’s vehicle and equipment fleet. This includes ensuring vehicles and machinery are safe, well-maintained, cost-effective, and compliant with all regulations. The Fleet Manager also supervises drivers and mechanics, monitors fuel usage and expenses, and implements systems for tracking fleet performance.
