performs basic daily functions in receiving, verifying, and preparing incoming shipments for storage.
departmental responsibilities- ensures inventory accuracy through the proper receiving, verification, and identification of incoming parts.
- follows established procedures for the preparation and preservation of inventory for storage.
- organizes the receiving area to maintain control of inventory, puts away material in the finished goods and raw material warehouses, loads and unloads freight trucks, performs cycle counts as directed.
- assists in other areas of the department as directed.

qualificationshigh school diploma/ged, basic computer skills required. Ability to read and write and basic math skills. Desired forklift experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. As part of the job function.
