- Provide hands‑on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
- Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
- Create a warm, home‑like environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC‑compliant living space.
- Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
- Maintain documentation and safety standards.
- Weekend & holiday availability required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified Nursing Assistant.
- CPR Certification.
- 1‑3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
