We’re Looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
As the CNA, you will be responsible for providing members with exceptional, person-centered care while preserving their dignity and quality of life.
Position SummaryResponsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.
Essential Functions- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transporting, and transfers.
- Assist residents with dining: escorting, transferring, order taking, serving, feeding, meal preparation, and cleanup.
- Assist with housekeeping services: bed making, trash removal, laundry, room and bathroom cleaning as needed, and responding to resident requests.
- Lead and assist with life enrichment activities under guidance and support from Life Enrichment Leaders and Supervisors; activities may include craft/game groups, life skills, daily pleasures, and one-on-one interactions.
- Escort residents to scheduled programming, participating in outings and/or day trips when applicable.
- Take and record vital signs and weights as ordered or required by regulations.
- Participate in all in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Very active position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.
- Requires lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. and the ability to push up to 250 pounds independently.
- Must use proper body mechanics when assisting residents with daily living.
- Regular long hours, frequent night, and weekend work.
No travel is expected; occasional travel may be required for training, continuing education, emergency situations, or other company functions.
Education and Experience Requirements- State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
- Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
