Position Summary

BOS Medical Staffing is looking for part‑time nurses in Lexington, SC to work in the PACU of an Orthopedic Clinic. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team across the Post‑Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit (PACU) and Medical‑Surgical (Med/Surg) units. The RN will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Hours: Per‑Diem
Shift: Day (7:00AM–5:30PM)
Pay Rate: $50 per shift

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies.
• Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status, particularly in critical and emergency situations.
• Identify realistic and measurable goals and outcomes to be attained prior to discharge. Validate these with the patient and/or family.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Serve as the patient’s advocate and coordinator of care, working collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

• Current, unencumbered nursing license in the state of South Carolina.
• At least 1 year of PACU experience required.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification.
• Basic computer skills for charting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and multi‑task.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and assisting with patient mobility.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a pre‑employment drug screen.
