Position Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Wellmore of Lexington, 200 Wellmore Dr., Lexington, SC 29072, USA
Employment Type: Full-time, $38.87 per hour
Position OverviewResponsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members, while preserving dignity and quality of life.
Essential Functions- Perform professional nursing services, including resident assessments, recording vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
- Document written and verbal reports promptly to ensure quality care.
- Coordinate with residents’ physicians, pharmacists, and other medical personnel as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility) as outlined in the Resident Care Plan.
- Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong technical skills and ongoing competence beyond average.

- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and push up to 250 lbs. independently.
- Use proper body mechanics during resident assistance.
- Long hours, including nights and weekends.
None expected; occasional travel may be required for training or emergency situations.
Education and Experience Requirements- Four-year college or university degree desired.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Preferred: 2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare position.
- Fluent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
- Attendance and punctuality meeting company standards.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and office equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
