- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care, programs, and activities in compliance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, state licensing, and federal certification guidelines.
- Educate staff on survey processes and ensure compliance through daily rounds.
- Train staff on policies, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Develop staffing plans and care strategies to meet resident needs and preferences.
- Monitor clinical areas for safety, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure proper resident needs are met during the admissions process.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on quality assurance and staff education.
- Perform on call duties.
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina.
- CPR Certification.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a supervisory nursing role.
- Advanced computer skills.
